Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a specialised reflexology technique that was developed by complimentary therapist Sally Kay. It works by stimulating the lymphatic system via specific reflex points on the feet, encouraging the body's lymphatic system to drain excess fluid, reduce swelling (lymphoedema), and boost overall well-being.

This treatment is particularly helpful following breast cancer treatment but also for other conditions such as fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue and when your body feels beaten due to trauma or grief.
