• Reiki & Seichem - £30 for 1 Hour Appointment

Reiki is a gentle, non-intrusive holistic treatment. Using the healing elements of earth, air, fire and water to balance and realign the mind, body and spirit, it works by channelling energy through my hands to the client - activating the body’s natural ability to rebalance and heal itself. Reiki and Seichem works on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. It aims to relieve stress and anxiety. Reiki works for your highest good - whether that be needing to relax, sleep or give you a burst of energy allowing you to focus on the important things in life.

 

• Reflexology - £35 for 1 Hour Appointment

Reflexology is a healing holistic therapy that treats the whole body. Pressure is applied to specific points on the feet, these points are connected to major organs and glands in the body. When we start to feel unwell, if we have had a trauma such as an accident, a loss or an unwanted lifestyle change, it causes blocks in our energy channels. Reflexology helps to unblock these channels, restoring and maintaining physical and mental health.

A seated massage around the shoulders, neck, scalp and face providing instant relief from stress and tension. Indian Head Massage can be really helpful for those struggling with headaches, sinus problems, hair loss and sleep.

 

• Holistic Facial - £35 for 1 Hour Appointment

​ A holistic facial is a great way to take care of your skin! My Holistic Facial uses a carrier oil and other natural products to help improve the condition of the skin. It aims to improve skin tone and texture through massage that helps to increase circulation, leaving skin glowing.​ The treatment includes a deep facial cleanse, gentle exfoliation, massage of the shoulders, neck and face, a soothing mask, toner and moisturiser.

• Crystal Therapy - £30 for 1 Hour Appointment​

A beautiful non-intrusive treatment combining crystals and universal energy healing that opens and aligns the chakras. Crystals are placed on or around the chakras' points to remove energy blocks then an aura cleanse to heal and repair leaving you relaxed and balanced in the mind, body and spirit. A perfect treatment for those having a particularly difficult time that helps to ease stress and anxiety. Crystals also have healing properties that can ease physical pain.

 

•  Reiki and Crystal Therapy Combined - £35 for 1 Hour Appointment​

Crystals are placed on or around the chakras' points to remove energy blocks and open and align the chakras. Reiki is then performed whilst the crystals are in position, channeling energy through my hands to the client. Reiki and crystal therapy work together on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level to help relieve stress, anxiety, improve sleep and ease physical pain.
